Information only

The Site is for general information about Body Marx Tattoo. It is not an offer, a booking, a quote or a contract for services. Services, availability, hours and pricing are set by the shop and can change without notice. Call the shop to confirm anything before you rely on it. Any tattoo or piercing service is provided in person under the shop's own consent, age, identification and aftercare requirements and applicable Connecticut law.

Minors

All minors (anyone under 18) must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian for any service, and valid identification may be required. The shop may decline or limit services for minors, and Connecticut law may restrict what can be offered to them. Call the shop before coming in.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, health or legal advice. Tattooing and piercing carry risks, including infection, allergic reaction, scarring and dissatisfaction with results. Talk to the shop and, where appropriate, a health professional before getting any procedure.

Photos and results

Photos show examples of work and the shop. Results vary by person, skin, placement, design and aftercare, and an example is not a promise of any particular result.

Reviews and third-party content

Customer reviews are quoted from Google reviews and are the opinions of those reviewers, not statements by Body Marx Tattoo. The rating shown reflects Google's figures at the time the Site was written and may have changed. Maps, directions and links to other websites are provided by third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, photos, artwork and logo belong to Body Marx Tattoo or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal use.
